At Amaze Synergy Ventures, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

We recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds and returns. We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

i) Application for the Return of the Goods

 

Customers may only apply for refund and/or return of the goods in the following circumstances: –

  1. a) The goods have not been received by customers;
  2. b) The goods were defective and/or damaged on delivery;
  3. c) The goods received were incomplete (missing quantity);
  4. d) We have delivered the goods that does not match the agreed specifications (e.g wrong flavor, colour, etc) to customers;
  5. e) The goods delivered to customers were materially different from the description provided by us in the listing of the goods;
  6. f) The goods received were counterfeit goods;
  7. g) Expired products; or
  8. h) Empty / suspicious parcels.

                             

Returns must be made within Seven (7) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and contact our customer service team via email,  admin@asvmalaysia.com.

 

ii) Condition of Returning Goods

To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the goods, the customer should ensure that the goods, including any complimentary items such as gift that comes with the goods, must be returned to us in the condition received by the customers on delivery. We will recommend customers. To take photo of the goods upon receipt.

 

iii) Liability of Return Shipping Fee

In the scenario of unforeseen error from us (i.e- damaged, faulty, or wrong goods delivered to the customers), we will bear the customer’s return shipping fee.

 

 

iv) Refunds

Our customer service agent will verify the return reason and will conduct an evaluation within Five (5) days starting from the day we receive your returned goods. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.

If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated to our customers service team. If it’s valid we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase. 

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange for the goods to be returned. For the goods to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
